These terms apply when you use liliamansion.com or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. The shop is operated by Liabus Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202201151C), Singapore, under the LiliaMansion brand (“LiliaMansion”, “we”, “us”).

1. Our products. Our candles, diffusers and closet sachets are made by hand, so colour, glaze and finish vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photos. Scent descriptions are a guide, and how a fragrance comes across can differ from person to person.

2. Prices and payment. Prices are listed in US dollars, and all prices include GST where applicable. Our website may show an approximate price in your local currency, and the final amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken by card through WooPayments (Stripe) when you place your order.

3. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken and before it ships, we will let you know and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

4. Discount codes. Discount codes, such as LILIAMANSION10 for 10% off a first order, apply only under the terms shown with each offer. They cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Shipping. Delivery times and customs responsibilities are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Returns and replacements. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it and cover the return shipping. Full details are in our Returns & Replacements Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Using our products. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles, diffusers and fragrance oils out of reach of children and pets, burn candles on a heat-resistant surface away from anything flammable, and follow the care instructions provided. Diffuser oil can mark surfaces, so place diffusers on a protected surface.

8. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for harm caused by using products contrary to their instructions. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

9. Our content. All photographs, text and designs on this website belong to LiliaMansion and may not be used without our permission.

10. Privacy. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes and governing law. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
