At LiliaMansion, we are committed to delivering your order as efficiently and safely as possible. To provide faster shipping worldwide, we fulfil orders from our warehouses located in Singapore, Los Angeles (USA), and Shanghai.

The warehouse from which your order is shipped will be determined based on product availability, inventory levels, and your delivery location.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after your parcel has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or other local fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

Lilia Mansion is not responsible for any delays resulting from customs clearance procedures.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and your items may arrive on different dates.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Carrier operational delays
  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events

Lilia Mansion is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or customs authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery. We are unable to guarantee replacement or refunds for orders lost due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Delivery Completion

An order is considered delivered once the shipping carrier marks it as delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

If you believe your package has been lost or misplaced after delivery confirmation, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist where possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement for parcels confirmed as delivered.
