At LiliaMansion, we take pride in ensuring every order is carefully inspected and packaged before it is shipped. As we ship our products worldwide, we encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing their purchase.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preferences.
Please ensure that you have selected the correct product(s) before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product
- Photographs of the shipping packaging (including the shipping label)
- A brief description of the issue
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will, at our sole discretion:
- Replace the defective or damaged product, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method if a replacement is not available.
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided if:
- The product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival;
- The incorrect product was shipped due to our error; or
- The order cannot be fulfilled by us.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Minor variations in colour, texture, or appearance resulting from photography or screen settings
- Damage caused after delivery
- Improper use, storage, or handling of the product
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Failure to collect parcels from the courier
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective product.
Customers may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country’s authorities. These charges are not refundable.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are subject to the courier’s operations and customs clearance procedures.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs inspections
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
If your parcel is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate the matter.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
