This policy explains how Liabus Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202201151C), the company behind the LiliaMansion brand (“LiliaMansion”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit liliamansion.com, place an order or contact us. We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. What we collect and why

When you place an order. Your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, the items you buy and any order notes. We use these to process, ship and support your order, to send order and shipping emails, and to keep the business records we are required to keep.

When you create an account. Your name, email address and password, plus your saved addresses, order history and wishlist. Passwords are stored encrypted and we cannot see them.

When you pay. Card payments are handled by WooPayments, a service of Automattic, and processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our website. We receive only limited payment information, such as the card type, the last four digits, the payment status and fraud-check results. Stripe and Automattic use payment and device information to process payments and prevent fraud, under their own privacy policies.

When you use our contact form. Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (if provided), subject and message. We use these only to reply to you.

When you message us on WhatsApp. If you use our chat button or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp name, number and messages. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.

When you sign up for emails. If you choose to receive emails from us, we use your email address to send them. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.

When you browse. We use Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, to understand how visitors use our website, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how visitors found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. Our website also uses essential cookies to keep your cart, login and checkout working and to remember your language, wishlist and compare list. Our payment provider may use your IP address to detect your country and show prices in your local currency. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although the cart and checkout may not work without essential cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We do not sell your personal data.

2. Who we share it with

We share personal data only as needed to run our shop:

• Payment providers: WooPayments (Automattic) and Stripe, to take payments and prevent fraud.
• Couriers, fulfilment partners and warehouses: your name, delivery address, phone number and the order details needed to deliver your order. We fulfil orders from warehouses in the United States, Germany, Singapore and China.
• Service providers: our website hosting provider, Google (analytics), Meta (WhatsApp) and the providers of the tools that run our website, only as needed to provide their services.
• Authorities: where the law requires it.

3. Overseas transfers

Some of these providers, and our fulfilment partners and warehouses in the United States, Germany and China, receive and handle your name, delivery address, phone number and order details outside Singapore, as needed to deliver your order. When we transfer personal data overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

4. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, and as required for legal, accounting and tax purposes. Account data is kept until you ask us to close your account.

5. Your rights

Under the PDPA, you may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our use of it. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to provide some services, such as fulfilling an open order. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Keeping your data safe

Our website uses HTTPS encryption, card payments never pass through our servers, and access to order information is limited to those who need it. If a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commission as the PDPA requires.

7. Children

Our shop is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
