We ship from our warehouses in the United States, Germany, Singapore and China. Each order is usually sent from the warehouse closest to you, so it reaches you as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The warehouse from which your order is shipped will be determined based on product availability, inventory levels, and your delivery location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Order Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders are typically processed within <strong>1\u20133 business days<\/strong> after payment has been successfully received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During peak periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Estimated Delivery Times<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders to addresses near one of our warehouses usually arrive within 5 business days of dispatch. If an item is temporarily out of stock, please allow up to 2 weeks while we restock; we&#8217;ll let you know if your order is affected. Delivery to other destinations may take longer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shipping Confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please allow up to 24\u201348 hours for tracking information to become active after your parcel has been dispatched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Customs, Duties &amp; Taxes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT\/GST, or other local fees imposed by the destination country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LiliaMansion is not responsible for any delays resulting from customs clearance procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Multiple Shipments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses to ensure the fastest possible delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and your items may arrive on different dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Delivery Delays<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customs inspections or clearance procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Severe weather conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Public holidays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High shipping volumes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrier operational delays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Natural disasters or other unforeseen events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LiliaMansion is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or customs authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Incorrect Shipping Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lost parcels<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the courier confirms that your parcel has been lost, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you. We handle the claim with the courier ourselves, so there is nothing more you need to do. This does not apply to parcels lost because of an incorrect address supplied at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your parcel seems to be missing, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:info@liliamansion.com\">info@liliamansion.com<\/a> and we will follow it up with the courier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Delivery Completion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An order is considered delivered once the shipping carrier marks it as delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you believe your package has been lost or misplaced after delivery confirmation, please contact the shipping carrier first.
